• Community Empowerment Facility Programme : It is two years project granted by land coalition for empowering the fisherfolks of Maryadpur.

• Agrarian Reform Net Programmes : SDF organized a campaign for Agrarian Reform in several districts of Uttar-Pradesh. Under the programme workshops, seminars were organized.

• Women’s Resource Access Programme : Supported by International land Coalition, this programme saw rural women talking about their land rights.

• Seminar on Freethought, rationalist and humanist traditions in Indian culture’ was attended by a large number of intellectuals and social activists. The seminar was supported by International Humanist and Ethical Union London. ( www.iheu.org).

• SDF has recently finished a report on government’s anti poverty programme in six states of Uttar-Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Maharastra, Chhatishgarh and Jharkhand. Under this project SDF surveyed the various programme of the government including Public Distribution System, Mid Day Meal, Food for work programmes and submitted its report. The project was sponsored by Develoment Alternative-Department for International Development ( DFID) under their Poor Areas Civil Society Programme.
